Subscription, payment and cancellation

Aviafy provides cloud CRM software for travel agencies. Basic and Pro are monthly subscriptions priced in GEL. The selected plan and payable amount are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Flitt; Aviafy does not collect or store your full card number or security code. Where a card is saved for recurring billing, future monthly renewals use the saved payment method.

You can cancel your subscription from the billing page to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; refund requests follow the refund policy. Service activation and any payment review follow the delivery terms.

Service activation after payment verification

Access to the selected plan is activated after Aviafy verifies the successful payment. A pending or inconsistent payment may require review before activation. You can check the payment and subscription status on your billing page; if access has not activated, contact myaviafy@gmail.com with your order ID.

Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not extensively utilized the service, you may be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at myaviafy@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue. Our billing department will review your request within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
